Role Overview:

• Designation

  : Learning Designer – Trainee
• No. of Positions: 20
• 3-month Bootcamp (starting 5th August 2025)
• 2-month On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Location Details:

• Bootcamp Location: Kolkata
• OJT & Work Locations: Noida, Kolkata, Pune
• Candidates outside Kolkata must be willing to travel to Kolkata for the 3-month Bootcamp at their own expense (travel and accommodation).

Compensation:

• Stipend (Months 1–3): INR 30,000 per month
• City Allowance (Months 4–5): INR 10,000/-month (only for those relocated to non-base locations)
• Post-Certification Salary (from Month 6): INR 40,000/month + applicable city allowance

Interview Process:

1. First Round: English & Aptitude Test via Calibrat (online)
2. Second Round: Functional Test with our Learning Architects
3. Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview in Kolkata (27, 28th July 2025)

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Sociology, Education, or any related discipline that demonstrates strength in language, storytelling, or behavioral sciences.
