Learning Designer - Trainee

As a Learning Designer (Trainee) at Infopro Learning, you will be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing how people learn by creating AI-powered, personalized, and adaptive learning experiences for global clients. Your role will involve: - Defining learning objectives aligned with performance outcomes and business goals. - Utilizing Gen AI tools for content analysis, synthesis, and ideation. - Identifying learner personas and pathways through data and behavioral patterns. You will also be responsible for: - Chunking and reframing content using AI tools into engaging formats. - Creating adaptive learning interactions that respond to learner behavior. - Storyboarding immersive learning experiences using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Gen AI platforms. Additionally, you will: - Develop learning resources such as assessments, simulations, chatbots, case studies, and infographics. - Incorporate learner feedback loops for continuous improvement. During the 4-month training period (including a 3-month bootcamp in Kolkata starting July 2025), you will collaborate with multimedia and development teams to bring your designs to life and ensure design fidelity using AI-based quality tools. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Sociology, Education, or related discipline showcasing strength in language, storytelling, or behavioral sciences. Key Competencies: - Curiosity in AI and Gen AI tools for learning design transformation. - Design thinking skills with a learner-centric approach. - Excellent communication skills for translating complex ideas into engaging content. - Attention to detail with high standards in accuracy and content quality. Expectations: - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Awareness of design aesthetics, accessibility, and UX principles. - Innovative, AI-first mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn. - Knowledge of Rapid Authoring Tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, or Captivate is a plus.
