SUMMARY Learning Design TM Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning design or related field Location Noida or Hyderabad, India Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver technical, professional, and management training programs for associates at various levels * Coordinate and schedule delivery resources for learning and performance needs * Evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions and contribute to the design of evaluation tools * Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish learning objectives and develop training materials * Customize content to align with learner needs and educational goals * Create visual, audio, and interactive learning content using specified tools and applications * Utilize problem-solving skills and strategic thinking in task management and project execution * Manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Design and develop learning solutions to address performance gaps for all levels of associates and management * Lead learning and performance-related projects, including customer service training initiatives and team effectiveness Requirements * Strong technical and design skills * Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe, and other relevant tools * Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills * Adaptability and collaboration in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail, feedback incorporation, ownership, and accountability Requirements
