SUMMARY Learning Design TM Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning design or related field Location Noida or Hyderabad, India Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver technical, professional, and management training programs for associates at various levels Coordinate and schedule delivery resources for learning and performance needs Evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions and contribute to the design of evaluation tools Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish learning objectives and develop training materials Customize content to align with learner needs and educational goals Create visual, audio, and interactive learning content using specified tools and applications Utilize problem-solving skills and strategic thinking in task management and project execution Manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Design and develop learning solutions to address performance gaps for all levels of associates and management Lead learning and performance-related projects, including customer service training initiatives and team effectiveness Requirements Requirements: Strong technical and design skills Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe, and other relevant tools Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills Adaptability and collaboration in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, feedback incorporation, ownership, and accountability
