Job Description

Learning Architect

8. Detailed JD (Not less than 10 lines) including skills, tools and versions if any.

Developing and designing courses and curriculum.

Having Good command on RoboHelp tool

Creating engaging learning content.

Editing and developing online learning materials.

Creating learning experiences and environments.

Designing learning activities, assignments, and assessments.

Creating computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.

Writing scripts for video and audio content.

Developing instructors manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.

Doing Cross functional Coordination

Collaborating with subject experts to develop course content.

Working with subject matter experts to identify the target audiences training needs.

Having Knowledge of Content Authoring, Instructional Design, Learning Medium, Estimation Techniques

Setting instructional end goals and create content that matches them.

Keeping current on best practices in instructional design.

Having Knowledge of Standard Quality Practices

Having Knowledge of Best Practices, Current trends in Learning Design, Knowledge Management

Having Knowledge of Rapid eLearning/ Content Authoring tools, Graphics/ Audio editing and screen capture tools

Having Hands on Experience with Client and stakeholder management

Sharing Weekly/Monthly status tracker, Highlighting risk to client

Handling Effort estimation and solutioning of RFPs

Dealing with effort estimation of Change Management

Team Management

Working experience on Application Projects and hands on experience is handling deployment and different environments

Having good communication skills

9. Any specific mandatory points related candidate skills (tools, versions, certifications etc.), experience, any specific industry etc.,

Good command on SQL

10. Candidates required from any specific industry

12. Work Location

Primary - Delhi Client (Saket, Connaught Place) and other locations as required.
