Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Training located in Lonavala. The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supervising the team to maintain quality services. The role also involves coordinating training schedules, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting the management team with employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and strong leadership abilities
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Training & Development experience and ability to conduct training sessions
• Relevant experience in hospitality or eco-tourism is a mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
