Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and deliver role-based training for operations, supply chain, CX, and field teams
Enable teams on SOPs, workflows, tools, dashboards, and compliance standards
Own onboarding readiness and reduce ramp-up time for new hires
Support new launches, city/store expansions, and process rollouts
Identify performance gaps using business KPIs and run corrective training
Create SOPs, playbooks, job aids, and quick reference guides
Conduct on-ground training and manage Train-the-Trainer models
Track training impact through business metrics, not just attendance

Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of e-commerce/quick-commerce operations
Experience in operations training, sales enablement, or business enablement
Ability to simplify complex processes into executable playbooks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable with frequent travel and field execution
