Job Title: Associate Director - Performance Marketing

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and execute a

    comprehensive growth strategy

    across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Lead

    full-funnel optimization

    (acquisition activation retention monetization).
  • Design and run

    growth experiments

    to validate new acquisition channels and conversion tactics.

Performance Marketing:

  • Manage large-scale budgets across

    Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, and influencer channels

    .
  • Optimize campaigns for

    CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics

    .
  • Build a

    multi-channel attribution framework

    to measure impact accurately.

Lifecycle & Retention Marketing:

  • Partner with CRM and product teams to drive

    engagement and repeat purchases

    via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Implement

    segmentation and personalization

    to improve retention and order frequency.

Analytics & Insights:

  • Define KPIs and build

    dashboards

    to monitor growth performance.
  • Conduct

    cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics

    to identify drop-offs and opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with

    product, engineering, and category teams

    to ensure growth initiatives align with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, preferably in

    eCommerce, food/grocery delivery, or consumer tech

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    digital marketing platforms

    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASO, affiliate, influencer marketing).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience with tools like

    Appsflyer, CleverTap, Tableau

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to

    optimize CAC/LTV

    and scale user acquisition profitably.
  • Experience with

    A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools

    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
