Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Learning and Development Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs, managing the learning management system, designing instructional materials, and supporting the overall professional growth of employees. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, conducting needs analyses, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all development initiatives across the organization. The coordinator will collaborate with various teams to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development and hands-on experience with Learning Management systems.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging training programs and Instructional Design expertise.
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively connect with diverse audiences.
• Proven capability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
