Learning & Development – Responsibilities


  • Plan and implement the Summit training calendar.
  • Conduct TNA and coordinate training with all departments.
  • Deliver induction, service standards, and skill-based training.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate outcomes.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory safety, hygiene, and compliance trainings.
  • Support staff development, guest service quality, and engagement initiatives.
