Job Description

Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Key Focus:

• Deliver and oversee high-impact training sessions across locations

• Lead end-to-end learning & engagement programs with clear KPIs

• Coach, mentor, and develop trainers for consistent delivery

• Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and report insights

• Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks

• Lead a team of Learning & Development staff to delegate and achieve the annual L&D goals

• Develop, design, and deliver new training modules

• Conduct Learning needs gap analysis and define training needs


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred)

• 8–10 years’ experience in L&D or HR

• Strong facilitation, program management & stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement
