Job Description: As a Learning and Development Administrator at ACA Group, you will play a crucial role in building, assisting, and administering comprehensive learning programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Program Development: Assisting in the design and development of engaging learning programs such as e-learning modules, on-demand learning paths, workshops, and ILT sessions. - Administration: Managing the logistics of training programs by scheduling, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring all materials are prepared. - Support: Providing assistance and follow-up to employees participating in learning programs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of learning programs, utilizing data to make recommendations for improvements. - Resource Management: Maintaining and updating learning resources to ensure they are current and accessible to all employees. - Collaboration: Working closely with Business Unit Leaders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions. - Technology Utilization: Utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other platforms to create, administer, and track training programs. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-6 years of experience in a learning and development or administrative role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Familiarity with Adult Learning theories and practices in a corporate setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and online learning platforms like Mindtickle. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
