Learning and Development Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• LMS/LXP Administration

  : You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the

  LXP 360Learning

  , including user and content management. This involves creating and editing courses, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with IT for resolution.

• Support and Analytics

  : Provide user support and manage reporting and analytics. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback and making documentation for system setup and maintenance.

• Project Contribution

  : Support the L&D team's goals by participating in various projects and initiatives, such as

  onboarding, skills management

  , and

  training needs analysis

  .

• Communication & Training

  : You will help launch and support initiatives to increase the visibility of the L&D team. You will also organize or provide training for LMS users.

Required Qualifications

• Experience

  : Proven experience in

  LMS administration

  , with a preference for experience with

  360Learning

  . You should also have experience working in a Learning & Development department and with

  e-learning/content development and delivery

  .
