What You'llDoon a Typical Day

• Manage a team ofdevelopers
• Ensure every individual contributes,learnsand grows in their role, knowledge andskills
• Ensure the team works efficiently in an enjoyableenvironment
• Evaluate andoptimizethe time and resources needed to carry out the various stages of the projectsin order toestablishan overall developmentplan
• Negotiates resources (human, technical, financial, deadlines) according to the progress of projects and adjusts resources ifnecessary
• Measure risks that may arise during the implementation and developmentphases
• Setup the necessary interfaces between the departmentsconcerned
• Follow-up progress and deadlines for the various tasks with the project collaborators
• Guarantees the quality of the product /code base

WhatWe areLooking For

• 10+ years of proficient experience in C# or pythondevelopment, as well as in Docker
• Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Knowledge of AWS S3, and optionally AWS Kinesis and AWS Redshift
• At least3+years experience in asimilar RD Manager position
• Engineering school or masters degree in computer science
• First experience in team management (also remote or offshore)
• Passionfor excellencein programming
• Software Craftmanship / Clean codecentered
• Fluency inEnglish (multicultural and international team)
