Job Description

SUMMARY: Provide data entry, administrative and service support to customers by transacting requests in the Learning Management System. Candidates ideally will have SumTotal experience for this role.

Tasks Performed By The LMS Administrator Include The Following

Learning Activity / Training Plan Management
Create learning activities
Modify learning activity properties
Inactivate learning activities
Training Assignment
Assign and unassign learners
Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles
Inactivate Assignment Vehicles
Catalog Management
Add learning activities
Maintain learning activities
Delete learning activities
Session Management
Schedule class & sessions
Instructor confirmation
Location confirmation
Classroom scheduling
Cancel class/sessions
Roster Management
Manage waitlist
Cancel student enrollment
Substitute students
Reschedule students
Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment)
Management of Automated Document Loader Solution
Review and resolve errors
Daily comparison of DocLoader transaction log to determine which Documents have been created in the LMS compared to the on-hold requests for those Documents
Help desk ticket resolution and phone call support
Reporting – Managed Reports, Customized Reports
Evaluations/Surveys (MTM) – set up data entry, reporting
Role Request Management
Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting

Additional Abilities

Be able to multitask and be able to prioritize work requirementsPossess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with othersPossess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changeMust be highly customer service driven and team orientedMust be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision#Remote#APAC
