Summary Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in open-source technologies, full-stack development, and hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) — particularly Moodle. The ideal candidate will serve as both a project leader and technical architect, responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, team management, and continuous improvement of our LMS solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple technical projects, primarily in LMS implementation and customization using Moodle and open-source technologies. Act as the technical architect and mentor, guiding full-stack development teams through design, development, and deployment. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide scalable, innovative solutions. Translate client needs into detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery. Oversee end-to-end solution architecture for learning platforms. Provide hands-on support when necessary, especially during critical technical decision-making or delivery bottlenecks. Upskill and mentor development teams, conduct technical reviews, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies. Serve as a bridge between business and technology — ensuring all technical solutions align with business goals. Lead client meetings and presentations, delivering strong oral and written communication. Promote team collaboration and a culture of innovation and accountability. Required Skills & Experience 12–15+ years of progressive experience in software development and project management. Proven expertise in Moodle LMS — customization, plugin development, and integration. Strong knowledge of open-source technologies and full-stack development (LAMP/LEMP stacks, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Angular/Vue etc.). Deep understanding of learning management systems, e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), and digital learning workflows. Solid experience in solutioning, system architecture, and performance tuning. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams (onshore/offshore). Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate as a team player and leader. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and upskilling the team. Summary The finance project manager plays a key role in managing procurement workflows, ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and external clients or vendors. This position is responsible for supporting financial accuracy, tracking service delivery against SLAs, and assisting with reporting and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and billing operations. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Triage incoming requests, prioritizing based on urgency, relevance, and completeness before further processing. Review requests for financial accuracy, ensuring currency and tax details are correct prior to VC approval. Enter Purchase Orders (POs) accurately into Quickbase and SharePoint systems. Act as a liaison between internal teams (GP) and the client to resolve procurement and finance-related queries. Assign incoming procurement requests to the appropriate team members or systems in a timely manner. Monitor and track service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure deadlines and performance targets are consistently met. Support the preparation of the (CSR) report, collating relevant vendor and purchasing data. Follow up with vendors to track and close out open POs, ensuring timely delivery and documentation. Coordinate timely billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing to the client Chase overdue invoices with the NN finance team and support resolution of any outstanding payment issues. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Customer support and training for client LMS Administrators for support desk. Identify problems and root causes, taking a consultative approach to assist the client with a resolution. Assist with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation. Assists with upload/publish and testing of e-Learning sources files in the LMS, troubleshoot any related issues (internally and with clients). Conducts LMS training classes and webinars for clients. Assists with daily tasks such as sending status reports, responding to client questions, and assisting content team with technical issues. Document of customer interactions in a CRM/Issue software tracking system by creating, tracking, and resolving cases as well as time involved. Provide training and support for some international customers in off-hours due to time zone differences. Maintain the integrity of client/learner records and managing user accounts. Assists clients to make recommendations to improve their online training program through LMS improvements such as setting proper permissions and file structure. Assist with internal process auditing and innovation of best practices. Qualifications Required LMS experience is preferred. Transactional data entry processing such as item creation, learning history updates and assignments, with a scripted checklist, within agreed SLA. Testing new courses with a scripted checklist Light course troubleshooting/testing Metrics recording/tracking. Assisting with creating process documentation/checklists Review request submissions, look for trending and best practice opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate-level skills with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Customer focus – proactively finds ways to exceed customer needs. Detail-oriented, well organized Instructor -led/classroom training experience. Able to communicate effectively in all modes with customers and peers. Analytical – identifies root causes, corrective, and preventative actions. Logical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative individually. Directly transferable experience in a similar customer technical support role focusing on LMS use and customer implementation. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team environment. Familiar with SCORM and AICC Demonstrable experience and success in interacting with customers on a regular basis.
