Lean Manager

As the Lean Manager at the jewelry manufacturing unit, you will oversee the implementation of lean transformation initiatives across all departments. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity, minimizing waste, improving quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will utilize Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive these initiatives forward. - Develop and implement a Lean roadmap aligned with business goals - Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to identify improvement opportunities - Establish standard work practices, 5S, visual management, and workplace organization - Lead cross-functional Kaizen projects, utilize PDCA, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis - Drive process improvements, optimize layouts, reduce cycle times, and balance takt times To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field - Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred) - 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years of hands-on Lean implementation experience - Strong expertise in Lean tools, data-driven analytical skills, exceptional communication, and facilitation abilities Our company is one of the world's largest diamond jewelry manufacturers, known for exporting luxurious jewelry to prestigious retailers in the USA, Europe, and the UK.
