The purpose of the Leadership and Rewards is to enhance the Firm’s capability through the alignment of Strategy, Structure, Leadership, Rewards, Metrics, and Management Processes.
The function is responsible for improving the Firm’s capability through the areas of Rewards, Performance Strategy and Organization Effectiveness.
§ Maintain and update data repository of all Rewards information.
§ Maintain pay ranges across levels and functions.
§ Make pay recommendations during hiring and annual increment cycles.
§ Liaise with HR Operations and Finance for Rewards and Payroll processes.
§ Deploy statistical and visualization techniques for extensive model testing.
§ Enable compensation benchmarking initiatives.
§ Drive initiatives such as Benefits Utilization and Flexible Pay Structure (for Tax Efficiency).
§ Clarify Rewards related queries with HRBPs and at time, with members.
§ Embed Total Rewards approach in all relevant communication.
§ MBA / Tier A Graduate with 2-4 years’ experience
§ Experience in Rewards CoE / Rewards Consulting is a huge advantage
§ Experience in Offshored Rewards Team in Global Capability Centres
§ Experience in Operations Team in Rewards Consulting Firms such as Aon, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson
