Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision & Leadership

• Define and execute the magazine's editorial and digital strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams including editorial, design, marketing, and technology.
• Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and innovation.

• Editorial Excellence

• Oversee content planning, commissioning, and publishing across web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and industry trends.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, ethics, and storytelling.

• Digital Innovation

• Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI tools, multimedia, interactive formats).
• Optimize user experience through data-driven insights and analytics.
• Expand reach via SEO, social media, newsletters, and partnerships.

• Business & Growth

• Manage budgets, resources, and revenue streams (subscriptions, advertising, sponsorships).
• Build strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
