Job Description: Leader- Digital Magazine Role Overview The Leader of a Digital Magazine is responsible for shaping the editorial vision, driving digital innovation, and ensuring the publication's growth across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic leadership, editorial excellence, and business acumen to deliver engaging content that resonates with audiences while meeting organizational goals. Location: Chandigarh Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision & Leadership Define and execute the magazine's editorial and digital strategy. Lead cross-functional teams including editorial, design, marketing, and technology. Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and innovation. Editorial Excellence Oversee content planning, commissioning, and publishing across web, mobile, and social platforms. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and industry trends. Maintain high standards of accuracy, ethics, and storytelling. Digital Innovation Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI tools, multimedia, interactive formats). Optimize user experience through data-driven insights and analytics. Expand reach via SEO, social media, newsletters, and partnerships.
