The Opportunity: Build, Lead, and Own

This is a high-impact role focused on creation and technical excellence. You'll spend the majority of your time doing what you love: writing clean, efficient code and architecting powerful web solutions.

• 80% | Development & Infrastructure Command:

• Architect & Build:

  Spearhead new WordPress projects from concept to launch, building custom themes and plugins that are robust, scalable, and secure.

• Full-Stack Ownership:

  Master our server environment. You'll handle everything from security hardening, performance optimization (NGINX, caching), and

  MainWP setup/management

  to automated backups and DNS management.

• Automate & Innovate:

  Leverage tools like Git and WP-CLI to streamline every possible process, focusing on efficiency and cutting-edge practices.

• 20% | Expert-Level Support:

• Be the Ultimate Problem-Solver:

  Serve as the final point of contact for our most challenging technical support issues, handling tasks that fall outside the box.

• Provide White-Glove Solutions:

  Directly assist users by remotely resolving complex technical and Android-related issues, maintaining a rapid <1-minute response SLA during your shift.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If:

• You're a Proven Expert:

  With 3-5+ years of professional WordPress development, you have a portfolio of live sites you’ve personally architected and built.

• You're a True WordPress Engineer:

  You possess deep, full-stack expertise in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, custom theme/plugin development, and server/database management. You write code, you don't just assemble page builders.

• You Have an Ownership Mindset:

  You're a proactive self-starter who takes accountability, manages projects independently, and consistently drives for results without needing supervision.

• You're a Strategic Partner:

  You have the business-level English and foresight to help a new business grow. You are insightful, a strong team player, and comfortable engaging with both internal systems and external contacts.

• You're a Foundational Leader:

  As the first member of the technical division, you are excited to establish best practices from day one and lead by example.

• You're Seeking a Partnership:

  You have a history of commitment and are looking for a stable, long-term role (2+ years) where you can make a lasting impact.

  Experience with WHMCS is a significant advantage.

  $500 USD monthly base salary

  plus performance bonuses of

  $200+

  after a 90-day trial period. We reward top performance.

• Work-Life Balance:

  This is a full-time,

  4-day work week

  (45 hours), giving you a

  3-day weekend, every week

  . The schedule is fixed:

• Tuesday:

  17:00 – 03:00 ICT (Indochina Time)

• Wednesday to Friday:

  15:00 – 03:00 ICT (Indochina Time)
