The Role: A Hybrid of Development & Support

This role is dynamic, with your time split between building new things and ensuring our current systems are stable and supported.

Project Development & Management (Your Primary Focus - approx. 80%):

• Lead the full lifecycle of new WordPress projects, including concept, design, development, deployment, and ongoing management.
• Take ownership of new project initiatives with the opportunity to manage them and

  exceed your base earnings

  through performance bonuses tied to project success.

Technical Support & Maintenance (Your Secondary Focus - approx. 20%):

• Act as the primary technical expert and

  second line of technical support

  for all things WordPress.
• Perform regular maintenance and promptly resolve issues escalated by our front-line team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

The Offer & Structure: Full Transparency

• Role:

  Full-Time Independent Contractor. You will be responsible for your own local tax and social contributions.

• Compensation:

  A monthly salary of

  $350 - $500 USD

  , depending on experience, with significant opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to the new projects you manage.

• The Schedule:

  The

  initial training phase will be a 5-day week

  to ensure you are fully integrated. The standard schedule is a

  4-day work week

  , and you

  must be comfortable working two of the three weekend days

  (e.g., Saturday & Sunday, or Friday & Sunday) as part of your regular rotation. Your final schedule will be set collaboratively with your team lead.

• Location:
