Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Drive delivery of transition and transformation programs, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead toll-gate-based transitions using industry best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with project managers to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Provide program status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

Solution Design & Presales

• Lead RFx responses, solution strategy, due diligence, and operating model design.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable, maintainable, and integrated solutions.
• Support sales teams with solution pitches and client presentations.

Client Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of delivery and expectations.
• Drive change management initiatives and transformation governance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• 12+ years of industry experience with 6+ years in solutioning or transition roles.
• Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
