Job Description

As the Lead TQM at JJ Plastalloy, you will be the strategic partner of the CEO in creating, governing, and institutionalising systems that promote operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to design efficient systems and ensure their daily implementation by all departments, fostering a culture where adherence to systems is second nature. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design JJ Plastalloys enterprise-wide TQM framework with standardised processes and documentation. - Build tiered governance mechanisms for monitoring performance at plant, functional, and CEO levels. - Define and manage KPI dashboards to provide clear visibility to the CEO and leadership. - Ensure ownership of systems by partnering with departments, promoting adherence to processes without external pressure. - Lead supplier quality systems including qualification, audits, and performance monitoring. - Establish customer complaint and feedback loops with structured corrective and preventive actions. - Continuously review, streamline, and optimize business processes across all departments to drive efficiency and business process improvements. - Drive adoption of compliance standards and ensure continuous compliance across sites. - Embed Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices as permanent systems, not just one-off projects. - Train and coach managers to cultivate a culture of system thinking and accountability. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Proven expertise in TQM and system design within manufacturing organizations. - Strong governance mindset with the ability to create monitoring, escalation, and accountability mechanisms. - Track record of driving culture change and ensuring system adoption across functions. - Ability to lead digital initiatives, champion implementation of IoT and Industry 4.0 for enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen methodologies. - Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI design and reporting. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change across leadership and shop floor. In this role, you are expected to facilitate a company-wide shift towards system-driven operations, empower the CEO and leadership team with transparent dashboards and governance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.,
