This role focuses on implementing efficient recycling processes to enhance our sustainability efforts by optimizing the lifecycle management of testing equipment across global sites. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead the strategy and execution of the tester recycling program, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations.
- Oversee the collection, sorting, refurbishment, and environmentally responsible disposal of testers across global sites.
- Manage relationships with third-party recycling vendors to enhance program efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed records and reports on recycling activities, costs, and environmental impact, identifying trends for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the lifecycle management of testers and implement best practices.
- Deliver training sessions on proper handling and recycling procedures to enhance team knowledge and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze recycling data, utilizing insights to drive program enhancements and achieve performance targets.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Graduate or Masters with 10-15 years relevant experience in structural equipment hands-on with SPEA FPT, Keysight ICT Data IO PSV5000/7000.
- Expertise in RF instrument handing with prior experience in test development.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ability to create and execute scalable test strategies.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiar with inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 or other environmental management systems.
