Position: Lead-Student Affairs

📍 Location: Gurgaon

🗓️ Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays-WFH)

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Lead – Student Affairs to drive the student experience for our client. This person will lead and supervise a high-functioning team managing student clubs, residential life, events, and well-being — ensuring a vibrant, well- governed, and student-centric campus environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, brings strong leadership and operational rigor, and thrives in student-facing environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Community Managers and Hostel Associates managing all aspects of student life.
  • Act as the primary liaison between students and institution leadership on matters related to community, clubs, events, and housing.
  • Ensure club activities are well-planned, goal-oriented, and aligned with institutional standards.
  • Drive innovation in student-led initiatives and foster cross collaboration.
  • Monitor club governance, compliance, event execution, and community engagement metrics.
  • Oversee day-to-day hostel operations through associates, ensuring top-tier student support.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and belonging across both club and residential communities.
  • Implement consistent feedback mechanisms to stay aligned with student needs.
  • Track budgets, logistics, and compliance across the student life ecosystem.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 3-8 years of experience in student affairs, operations, community management, or campus leadership.
  • Prior experience managing teams or programs in education, hospitality, or youth engagement.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in vendor coordination, event planning, and operational governance.
  • Passion for student welfare, with a balance of authority and approachability.
