Lead- Student Operations

You will be the Lead Student Affairs at a leading Business School in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the student experience by overseeing student clubs, residential life, events, and student well-being. You will lead a team to ensure a vibrant, student-centric campus environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and excel in student-facing roles. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring a team managing student life aspects, serving as a liaison between students and institutional leadership, overseeing club activities, promoting innovation in student initiatives, monitoring club governance, and ensuring top-tier student support in hostel operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of inclusion, trust, and belonging, implementing feedback mechanisms, and tracking budgets and compliance. To excel in this role, you should have 3-8 years of experience in student affairs, operations, community management, or campus leadership. Experience in managing teams or programs in education, hospitality, or youth engagement is preferred. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, vendor coordination, event planning, and operational governance skills are essential.
