The ideal candidate will take ownership of multiple high-value projects, collaborate cross-functionally to solve critical problems, and work closely with the founding team to drive organizational priorities. Responsibilities include taking complete ownership of high-value projects, working with various teams to solve cross-functional problems, conducting detailed business analysis to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, analyzing and drawing valuable conclusions from data, and collaborating with the founding team to identify key priorities and ensure effective solution implementation. Additionally, you will act as a thought partner to the Founder, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for high-quality project execution, develop industry understanding to identify growth opportunities, and serve as a bridge between the Founder's vision and on-ground execution. The requirements for this role include at least 2 years of work experience in Consulting, PE, VC, or Investment Banking, a graduate from Tier-1 Colleges, strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and time-management skills, being data-driven to generate insights and propose solutions, and prior experience in a Program Manager/Strategy role at high-growth startups is a plus.
