Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Partnerships
Forge strategic collaborations with colleges, universities, and brand employers for
integrated program launches.
Co-create MoUs and long-term initiatives to strengthen academic partnerships.
2. Distribution & Market Expansion
Build and manage distribution channels across Indian markets to scale program
outreach.
Identify emerging markets and design strategies for expansion.
3. Employer & Placement Partnerships
Develop corporate tie-ups for internships and job opportunities for students.
Strengthen industry relationships to ensure consistent placement pipelines.
4. Growth & Acquisitions
Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions to drive inorganic growth.
Build synergies with education and training providers.
5. Brand Building & Representation
Represent Synthesis Learning at industry forums, conclaves, and corporate roundtables.
Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the higher education and finance
ecosystem.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in Strategic Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development
within the Higher Education, EdTech, or Commerce/Education ecosystem.
Proven success in building institutional, corporate, or employer partnerships.
Strong knowledge of commerce, finance, and higher education markets in India.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
