Your Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Invoicing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering shipment cost invoices from various sources, scrutinizing invoice details to ensure completeness and accuracy, and uploading these invoices into SAP. Additionally, you will conduct invoice validations against contracted rates to ensure seamless payment processes for the end-to-end management of shipment invoices.

- Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the invoicing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to logistics and invoicing processes.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
