Software Engineer Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design efforts for complex software systems and cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure best practices across the SDLC.
• Design and implement data-intensive solutions, including structured and unstructured data flows, with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization best practices for efficient and reliable deployments.
• Define and evolve architecture roadmaps, ensuring technical coherence across systems and services.
