Job Description

About the role

This is purpose-driven, high-ownership work. If you prefer steady maintenance over building, this won’t be a fit.


What you’ll do
  • Plan, build, test, and release backend features (Node.js + Prisma)
  • Keep services simple, secure, and reliable
  • Use Docker and CI/CD to move fast and safely
  • Work with microservices, Kafka, and a major cloud provider
  • Mentor developers; review code; improve team practices
  • Debug and fix production issues


Stack

  • Backend:

     Node.js, Prisma

  • Platform:

     Microservices, Kafka, major cloud

  • DevOps:

     Docker, CI/CD

  • Nice to have:

     React Native / React.js


What you’ll bring
  • 5–6 years of backend experience; some team leadership or mentoring
  • Strong Node.js and SQL fundamentals
  • Comfort with cloud, containers, and pipelines
  • Care for tests, readability, and clear docs
  • Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
