Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer located in Chandigarh. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software applications. Day-to-day tasks include coding, designing, implementing back-end web development solutions, and ensuring best practices in programming and software development are followed. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize machine learning model training processes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in AI, machine learning, and data pipeline automation is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
