Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod) for robust app architecture.
Build and integrate
WebRTC
for real-time video/audio communication.
Implement and manage
socket connections
for real-time data sync.
Integrate and manage
Firebase services
(Auth, Firestore, Storage, FCM).
Collaborate with backend and product teams for seamless API integrations.
Maintain high code quality with best practices, code reviews, and testing.
Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience with
Flutter & Dart
.
Proficiency in
Bloc
and
Riverpod
state management.
WebRTC implementation experience.
Socket integration (Socket.IO/WebSocket).
Firebase ecosystem (Auth, Database, Storage, Cloud Functions, Notifications).
Git/GitHub for version control.

Experience:

3–4 years of relevant development experience.
Proven experience in deploying apps to
Google Play Store
and
Apple App Store
.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Unit, Widget, Integration).

Preferred Qualifications

CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
Performance optimization and debugging skills.
Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools.
