Lead Software Engineer

As a Technical Leader at Airbus in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Logistics applications on the Skywise platform. You will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, translating them into Foundry solutions, and ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements at scale. Your collaboration with the Product Owner to prioritize Backlog in alignment with business objectives will be key. Additionally, you will participate in Continuous Release Management and Continuous Improvement Programs, design, implement, test, document, support, and operate Foundry-based applications throughout the delivery lifecycle. Implementing new tools, enhancing existing tools & data products on the foundry platform, and refactoring and debugging Data pipelines/Data Ingestion will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work on enhancements, bug fixes, and challenge solutions for simplification/standardization approach, assess applications landscape for technical & functional alignment to best practices for integration & security, and contribute to knowledge sharing activities to enhance the project's knowledge base. Working in a multi-skilled team environment is essential. Qualification Required: - Engineering graduate/post-graduate with more than 6 years of experience in developing and delivering Foundry-based solutions - Advanced level of English proficiency - Experience in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders transnationally Airbus emphasizes the importance of integrity, compliance, and commitment to internal policies and procedures to protect the company's reputation and brand.
