Job Description

Provide technical guidance and lead the development team on complex HAM and other ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and technical growth within the team.
Lead and manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro for automating asset tracking, management workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes. Perform regular asset audits, manage vendor relationships, and provide actionable insights through HAM dashboards and reports.
Extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management. Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and its workflow integrations.
Strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles.
Certification is must in HAM or related
