We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We’re looking for a like-minded Service Designer (Mid/Senior) with the experience, passion and skills to help us rid the world of crappy design – one project at a time.

We’re looking for a Lead Service Designer to join our fast-paced innovation pod, working cross functionally with business, technology, and product teams to create and test a new service proposition. You’ll be working alongside a venture lead and a creative technologist, collaborating with business functions to drive alignment and buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity to apply service design to shaping new innovative offerings at the intersection of finance and emerging technology. Would you like to…

· Uncover the competitive landscape and market fit for a new proposition

· Own research methodology and facilitation with users and stakeholders for a deep understanding of the opportunity space

· Demonstrated expertise with systems thinking and creating new optimised ecosystems that balances user, business, and technology priorities

· Challenge existing assumptions with behavioural insight and design expertise to ensure a new proposition that integrates with and augments users’ day-to-day and mental models

· Conduct concept and proposition validation with users and translate actionable insights into the next iteration

· Providing vision and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements and share best practice

· Work alongside product teams to plan and prioritise features for rollout based on business objectives.

· Work closely with the client’s technical team to push what’s possible, while balancing feasibility of a new offering

· Creatively push existing thinking and patterns to create something differentiated in the market

We would like you to be…

· Previous working experience as a Service Designer for 6+ years

· Demonstrated ability to think critically, hold complexity, and think across many layers of an organisation or service

· Experience working in the financial sector, understanding the nuances of the business

· Experience working closely with emerging technology and technical teams to push innovation

· Comfortable interfacing with and getting buy-in with senior stakeholders

· Creative thinker who is fearless in challenging the status quo

· But who still holds sharp analytical problem thinking to ground creativity in realistic outcomes

· Proactive do-er with excellent organizational and time management skills, comfortable to iterate and pivot quickly

· Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills

· Must able to work from Hyderabad and co-locate at client offices twice a week.

Nice to haves...

· Experience or curiosity with blockchain and how to leverage its capabilities in new ways

· Experience working in startups or using lean startup methodologies to test and iterate at pace

· Comfortable delving into UX / UI design capabilities as the proposition progresses
