Work you ll do
- Manage day-to-day Treasury Management System (TMS) operations including cash positioning, deal bookings, payments, bank reconciliations, and accounting feeds.
- Oversee short-term liquidity management across global accounts and ensure accurate, timely fund transfers.
- Coordinate with banks, ERP teams, and TMS vendors to maintain seamless integrations and workflows.
- Support cash forecasting by consolidating data across business units.
- Drive process improvements and support implementation of new TMS modules and automation initiatives.
- Monitor workflow approvals, role-based access, and compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.
- Train users, maintain updated documentation, and provide operational insights to leadership.
Qualification & Experience
- 5 7 years of experience in Treasury/Finance, with 3+ years working on TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP TRM, Reval, Integrity).
- Hands-on experience with TMS modules like payments, bank reconciliation, forecasting, and cash positioning.
- Strong exposure to bank interfaces, ERP connectivity, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of automation tools (RPA) and reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and treasury operations teams.
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent) preferred.
