• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive SAP Fiori/UI5 applications on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Build, deploy, and manage applications using SAP BTP, including SAP Build (Low-Code/No-Code and Pro-Code).
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Design and implement scalable software architectures aligned with Clean Core principles.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex UI5/Fiori and performance-related issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and delivery activities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging SAP Fiori, UI5, and SAP BTP technologies and trends.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, designers, and developers.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business use cases and deliver user-centric solutions.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of hands-on development experience
• Practical experience in two programming languages or advanced proficiency in one
• Proven ability to guide and mentor team members
  

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  

• Strong full-stack development expertise
• Deep understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP BTP
• Architecture design and Clean Core advocacy
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities
