Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions focusing on Lead to Opportunity lifecycle management. Develop and implement lead assignment, routing, and scoring models to enhance conversion rates. Build scalable automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder for improved lead nurturing and opportunity creation. Optimize lead conversion processes by enforcing best practices for data integrity, duplicate management, and validation rules. Design and implement robust opportunity management workflows, forecasting, and pipeline tracking. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate Salesforce with external lead sources, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications. Develop and maintain custom API integrations to synchronize lead and opportunity data across systems. Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure clean and accurate lead and opportunity records. Implement AI-powered lead qualification and predictive analytics to enhance sales efficiency. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for a team of Salesforce developers. Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines. Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and security assessments to maintain a high-performing Salesforce environment. Work closely with stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations, to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and enhancements, incorporating relevant features to drive innovation. Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and documentation efforts to enhance adoption and system usability. Qualifications & Experience: 9+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Lead to Opportunity processes for at least 6+ years. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, encompassing lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and forecasting. Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows. Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Experience in integrating Salesforce with marketing automation tools, lead capture forms, and external data sources. Proficiency in API development, middleware solutions, and event-driven architecture. Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, deduplication strategies, and process optimization. Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, or Application/System Architect are highly preferred. Knowledge of AI-driven lead scoring and predictive analytics is considered a bonus.,
