Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking The Lead Sales Operations who will oversee all operational aspects of the sales function. This includes managing sales processes end-to-end, maintaining data integrity in CRM, conducting weekly sales commit calls, tracking KPIs, and facilitating smooth coordination between sales, pre-sales, delivery, and OEM teams.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Process & Data Management

  • Oversee CRM hygiene: maintain accurate deal stages, revenue forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Audit CRM regularly to ensure >95% data accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare AM-wise, OEM-wise, and vertical-wise performance dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Track funnel metrics, deal velocity, win/loss ratios, and renewal forecasts.
Renewals & AMC Oversight
  • Maintain contract renewal trackers, send timely alerts, and support renewal closures.
Sales Enablement
  • Organize weekly sales commit calls: set agenda, capture MoM, highlight risks, and track action items.
  • Enforce SOPs across sales processes, from lead registration to deal closure.
O EM Relationship Support
  • Oversee deal registration processes with OEM partners.
  • Track OEM advisory on sales front- BDF, MDF utilization and joint GTM activities in coordination with alliances team.
Cross-functional Coordination
  • Act as the operational bridge between sales, Procurement, finance and business leaders.
  • Prepare review materials for leadership and manage escalations efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    2 4 years in Sales Operations Preferably, IT services, or SI environment.
  • Proficiency in

    Zoho CRM

    , Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic

    Power BI

    knowledge for dashboarding.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and process orientation.
  • Stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen in B2B/SI sales environments.
