In order to excel in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of experience in IT software sales, specializing in web and mobile-based solutions. - Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize sales performance. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
