About This Role

As Xoxoday scales globally, predictability and execution discipline become as important as growth. We re looking for a senior operator to build and run a revenue engine that is data-driven, scalable, and resilient.
The VP of Revenue Operations & Sales GTM sits at the center of how we plan, execute, and measure revenue. This role connects strategy with systems, data with decisions, and GTM ambition with operational reality. You will own revenue operations end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success and work closely with leadership to drive consistent global growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building structure, enabling teams, and turning complexity into clarity.

What You ll Do


Revenue Operations Leadership
Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
Build predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting, pipeline health management, and capacity planning.
Define, track, and continuously improve core SaaS metrics including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion, and quota attainment.
Establish a single source of truth for revenue data, reporting, and performance insights.

Sales GTM Strategy
Partner with the CRO and CEO to define and execute the global Sales GTM strategy.
Drive account segmentation, territory design, quota setting, and incentive structures.
Optimize sales motions across inbound, outbound, ABM, partnerships, and channel-led models.
Enable GTM readiness for new markets, customer segments, and product launches.

Systems, Tools & Analytics
Own and evolve the GTM technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI, CPQ, and contract workflows.
Ensure strong system adoption, clean data, and scalable operating processes.
Build and maintain executive dashboards for leadership, board, and investor visibility.

Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
Align demand generation, sales capacity, and revenue targets across teams.
Partner closely with Finance on revenue planning, pricing strategy, bookings, and ARR forecasting.

What We re Looking For
Senior leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven ability to build and scale predictable revenue engines across multiple GTM motions.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting models, and capacity planning.
Strong experience owning and optimizing GTM systems and analytics stacks.
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, with high attention to detail.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working in a fast-growing, global, multi-product SaaS organization.
