Lead – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

This role demands someone who can:

• Source aggressively

• Manage multiple pipelines

• Deliver talent consistently in a high-growth consulting environment

3–5 years of pure recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

• Own end-to-end hiring across all major verticals
• Build strong, proactive talent pipelines
• Execute fast and structured hiring processes
• Maintain strong closure rates and deliver within timelines

2. Consulting Recruitment (High Priority)

• Hire

  Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers

• Evaluate analytical skills, problem-solving ability, communication clarity, and consulting fit
• Manage continuous hiring for consulting due to ongoing demand

3. Technology Recruitment (Junior to Senior)

• Hire

  Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product

  talent
• Understand tech stacks (Python, Django, Next.js, Node.js, AI/LLM engineering, system design)
• Coordinate technical rounds and ensure high-quality assessments

4. Digital Marketing Recruitment

• Hire for

  SEO, performance marketing, content, and social media roles

• Evaluate portfolios, campaign performance, traffic growth, and marketing depth

5. Recruitment Operations & Leadership Coordination

• Manage multiple roles simultaneously with clear priority alignment
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, weekly status reports
• Build strong candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Communicate tightly with leadership for role expectations and hiring decisions

Required Skills & ExperienceCore Hiring Expertise

• 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience

• Proven success in

  Consulting + Technology + Digital Marketing

• Strong command over sourcing and headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
• Ability to close niche and senior roles with precision

Technical & Functional Understanding

• Familiarity with consulting skillsets
• Understanding of modern tech stacks
• Exposure to digital marketing profiles and metrics

Soft Skills

• High ownership and urgency
• Excellent candidate evaluation and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate in high-speed, high-growth environments
• Strong communication and process discipline

Compensation

Compensation is open and aligned to capability.
