Key Responsibilities:

Team Handling:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, guiding them through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor daily/weekly targets and ensure performance metrics are met.
• Conduct regular training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Allocate and prioritize requirements across the team effectively.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and best practices.

Client Handling:

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements in detail and strategize accordingly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, interviews, and offer management.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
