The role
As a Lead Qualifier, you'll serve asthe bridge between our customers and their next great adventure. Your expertisewill guide travellers, ensuring they have a seamless, exciting, and personalisedexperience. If you're passionate about exploring the world and helping othersdo the same, this role is for you!
Key responsibilities
  • Lead Assessment: Review and assess marketing-generated leads to identify potential customers for holiday quotations.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively contact and communicate with leads as soon as they are generated to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Qualification : Understand customer requirements, assess suitability, and determine prospects by qualifying leads based on needs, preferences, and intent.
  • Pipeline Conversion: Convert qualified leads into active prospects by passing them on for further consultation or by initiating the quotation process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and travel advisor teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and to optimize customer experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses using internal CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Quick Response : Maintain a rapid turnaround time for initial lead contact to enhance customer experience and increase successful conversions.


    Requirements
    • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and prioritize leads with a keen sense for identifying high-potential prospects.
    • Proactive Mindset: Quick to respond and self-motivated in taking ownership of leads and follow-ups.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and align with client needs in a consultative manner.
    • Organization & Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead qualification and conversion targets.
    • Experience: Prior experience in lead qualification, tele-calling, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles preferred.
