Lead Qualifier

We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Qualifier to be the first point of contact for client inquiries. Your main responsibility is to understand and qualify client leads based on their requirements, and then pass the validated leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Understand the client's business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Ask the right questions to gather all relevant information.
• Qualify the lead based on predefined criteria.
• Accurately document the client requirement and pass it to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams if needed for clarifications.
• Maintain records in CRM or Excel format.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions and understand client needs.
• Basic understanding of business services (training provided).
• Good with follow-ups and documentation.
