Role Overview

Lead – Publisher Marketing

driving SEO-aligned content collaborations

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with the content, SEO, design, and admissions teams to ensure publisher efforts are tightly integrated into the larger growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Publisher Partnerships Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with education publisher platforms like CollegeDunia, Shiksha, Careers360, and others.
  • Develop custom visibility plans and media packages in collaboration with publisher teams.
  • Ensure consistent presence in rankings, reviews, and recommendation sections across relevant programs.

2. Content Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with publishers to co-create SEO-optimized, high-conversion landing pages, articles, and sponsored content.
  • Review and refine listing pages, student reviews, and media creatives to ensure brand alignment.
  • Plan and manage editorial and native campaigns to build thought leadership and increase lead flow.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and lead quality across publisher platforms.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and publisher dashboards to analyze ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, conversion rates, and lead engagement data.

4. SEO & Funnel Alignment

  • Work closely with the SEO team to align publisher content with organic traffic goals.
  • Ensure keyword-optimized content is consistently updated on publisher sites.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ranking performance and content discoverability on external portals.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in publisher marketing, digital partnerships, or education lead generation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of SEO, lead generation funnels, and publisher-driven traffic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and negotiate performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency with campaign tracking tools, performance dashboards, and analytics platforms.
