Job Description

Job Title - Lead Project PlannerLocation - Eco House, PuneQualification - B.E/B.TechYears of experience - 10 + years

Few Key Responsibilities Are As Follows

  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Resource allocation and management
  • Cost estimation and budgeting
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, construction)
  • Development of project schedules and timelines
  • Monitoring progress and performance
  • Identifying and resolving delays or bottle necks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relatedfields
  • More than 3 years of experience in planning and project management, preferablyin boiler construction or similar industries
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
  • Familiar with boiler construction processes and regulations
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarwith industry-specific software (e.g., CAD, CAE).
