Lead Product Designer

Your role at Multiplier will involve designing elegant, user-centric experiences that aim to delight users. You will define user experience through flows, architecture, wireframes, and visual design, contributing to the shaping of product strategy and vision. Building prototypes to validate designs, conducting user research and testing, and identifying innovative solutions to problems will be key responsibilities. Collaboration with stakeholders to translate goals into impactful experiences and maintaining brand consistency across products will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, we are looking for an individual with expertise in product design across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You should have a proven ability to craft exceptional ideas and compelling stories, backed by at least 8 years of experience, including 2+ years in leading teams. A multidisciplinary background, strong strategic thinking, and design execution skills are essential, along with a compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality work and deep design thinking. Excellent presentation skills, proficiency in Figma and other Gen AI tools to enhance productivity, and prior experience with APAC market products or front-end technologies like React/Angular/CSS are desirable.
